🔐 LOCK BOX AND KEY
Everyone needs to start here. The black, round igloohome lockbox is on top of the parking ramp railing, beside the visitor parking. Inside is the building fob and unit door key.
To open the lockbox:
- Press any button on the keypad to wake it up
- Enter your code, then press the unlock icon
- The status indicator will flash green twice with an ascending tone. Open the box and take the key set.
- Once you're done, close the lid. It locks automatically, with a green light and a long beep confirming it's secure.
ARRIVING BY UBER
If you're dropped off at the front of the building on King St West, walk through the archway toward the back of the building. The parking garage railing will be to your left. Grab the key set from the lockbox, then use the building fob to access the elevators.
ARRIVING BY CAR
The parkade entrance is off Niagara Street, just north of King Street: https://maps.app.goo.gl/Wm6G9idtFAC6NohR8. Pull into visitor parking first (no fob needed for this) and grab the key set from the lockbox.
To park, use the fob to open the gate at the top of the ramp on the left hand side. Your parking stall is L3. Drive to the end and turn left. It's the second stall on the left. The column is marked with L3.
Building elevator access is located between the parking stall and the entry ramp, and requires the fob.
